Service Description
A consultation provides a First-time-Client knowledge and education on their skin type, condition, and recommendation for products/services. This step is important for both the Client and Esthetician to gather detailed information about a client's skin history, lifestyle, concerns and goals for best results! “Customized Facial” recommended for first time client. ( Please be prepared to provide a picture or list of products used at home, very important!) Consultation, Consent, and Waiver form is required for all services.
Cancellation Policy
All Deposits Are Non-refundable. To Cancel Or Reschedule Appointment, Please Allow Yourself 48 Hours Prior To Appointment To Do So Or Your Deposit Will Be Lost. Any Cancellations 12 Hours Before Appointment And No-shows Will Be Charged A 30% Of Service Fee. There Is A 5 Minute Grace Period, Passing That Is A $10 Late Fee. After 15 Minutes, Your Appointment Will Need To Be Rescheduled With New Deposit. I Understand Life And Emergencies Happen, Please Reach Out If Needed For Your Appointments.
